- The new Exit 176B (A) opens providing access from the Outer Loop to either Telegraph Road North or to Eisenhower Avenue.

- The new ramp from the Inner Loop to Telegraph Road North opens (B).

- No temporary traffic impacts remain and motorists will realize traffic benefits of the new ramps.
