<p>During the competition several views were photographed and GPS registered. Once the set of 40 sheets of electronic files were provided to the MSHA by the competitors, the new concept was overlaid onto the existing photograph. The details of the design, construction methodology and cost estimates for each of the seven entries were also a submittal requirement for the competition.</p>
